Elke beweging, hoe simpel ook, heeft direct effect. Je voelt, observeert en leert je lichaam beter kennen. Hier in het Westen staat Qi voor adem, levenskracht, vitale of\u00a0spirituele energie. In het Oosten zien ze het als de bouwsteen van alles wat leeft en is het de verbinding\u00a0tussen alles wat er bestaat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">In de traditionele Chinese geneeskunde zijn ziekte en pijn signalen van onbalans.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Qi is de onzichtbare meester<\/strong><\/span>, verantwoordelijk voor een vitaal lichaam en gezonde geest. De\u00a0kwaliteit van jouw Qi maakt dat je je gezond of ziek voelt.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Qi stroomt door de meridianen (energiekanalen) waarop de acupunctuurpunten liggen. De zachte bewegingen samen met een aandachtige geest zorgen ervoor dat de Qi vrij kan stromen en eventuele blokkades worden weggenomen of beter nog: worden voorkomen. Na zijn studie tot arts in Westerse en Chinese Traditionele geneeskunde bestudeerde hij jarenlang Martial Arts en verschillende Qigong vormen. Ik merk ook dat ik beter in mijn vel zit. Conny geeft tijdens haar lessen duidelijke aanwijzingen en is heerlijk &#8216;down to earth&#8217; en op de praktijk gericht. Daarnaast hebben we als groep een leuke band met elkaar en lachen we veel.
